Quinta Algarve is far more than just a simple accommodation on the sunny Algarve in Portugal – it is a lovingly preserved gem, an oasis of peace, nestled in the wild nature of southern Portugal.
Our Quinta is an old, authentic, and lovingly restored Portuguese country house dating back to the 17th century. It is situated on approximately 18,000 square meter property, surrounded by mature trees, herb meadows, countless flowers, and a well-maintained freshwater pool.
Five lovingly designed rooms, two apartment cottages, and three maisonette rooms in the annex await you – each one furnished with personal charm and a touch of Portuguese tradition. Whether you're a family, solo traveler, couple, or group – here you'll find space for yourself and your getaway.
Whether on our popular family trips , sound healing sessions and trainings , during a morning meditation under the open sky, or in your own self-designed yoga retreat – at Quinta Algarve you will find space to be, grow and connect. All amidst an inspiring, nature-oriented atmosphere.

Welcome to a very special place – where nature, tranquility and joie de vivre meet : The beautiful Quinta Algarve near the small village of Monchique.
At approximately 460 meters above sea level, an idyllic retreat unfolds, far removed from the hustle and bustle and mass tourism – yet only 30 minutes from the golden beaches of the Algarve in Portugal. The Quinta is nestled within an almost 18,000 m² garden that is fragrant, vibrant, and alive: ancient olive trees, lush wild roses, succulents, eucalyptus trees, oleander, bougainvillea, lavender, and numerous wild herbs transform the expansive grounds into a fragrant, evergreen paradise.
The climate here on the edge of the Serra de Monchique is mild all year round: not too hot in summer, not too cold in winter.
Whether you're a family , a retreat organizer , or simply seeking relaxation – everyone will find their place here. Children can explore nature and splash around in the freshwater pool, while adults enjoy the peace and quiet, practice yoga, or simply unwind.
