Quinta Algarve is the ideal place for an unforgettable family holiday with children between 5 and 12 years old . Nestled in the green hills of the Monchique region, just 30 minutes from the golden sandy beaches of the Algarve, a place full of adventure, peace and togetherness awaits you.
At an altitude of almost 460 meters, it is not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer – the ideal climate for families with children.
While the little ones let off steam in the lovingly designed children's program – with games, trampoline, tree houses, pool Olympics, scavenger hunt, creative workshop, children's theatre, archery and supervised activities – the parents can relax or go on a family hike or e-bike tour together with the children.
The 18,000 m² landscaped garden offers not only plenty of space to play, but also numerous secluded spots for relaxation. The highlight for most children: the natural freshwater pool is designed with children in mind and invites them to splash around safely.
Another highlight: Meals are of course included – there are 4 fresh, healthy and child-friendly dinners made from fresh and local ingredients per week.

Our family weeks in the Algarve are taking place for the seventeenth time and are suitable for children between 5 and 12 years old. You can arrive and depart on any day of the week.
A rental car is not absolutely necessary, but can be arranged.

Most rooms have a private bathroom. For those seeking a unique outdoor adventure, the geodesic dome in the heart of the garden offers a tranquil escape – close to nature, yet with a special touch.
The 18,000 m² garden is a true children's paradise: hidden play areas, a treehouse, a trampoline, and plenty of space to romp, explore, and play. The child-friendly natural pool provides refreshment and water fun on warm days – safe and close to nature.
And because holidays are also about the stomach, breakfast and dinner are already included – with fresh, healthy and lovingly prepared dishes for young and old (mostly vegetarian).
Unlike large tour operators such as TUI or Neckermann, a family holiday on our Quinta is not about all-inclusive routines or mass tourism. It’s about returning to what truly matters as a family: quality time together, real experiences, laughter, curiosity, play — and the space to slow down.
